Soap Hand Car Wash

🚨 DO NOT GO HERE 🚨 As a 26-year-old Black, educated woman and business owner, I have never been spoken to with such disrespect. I raised concerns about my car, and instead of addressing them professionally, the owner (the man with the large belly) immediately began talking over me and raising his voice. The situation quickly escalated, and he proceeded to call me everything but a child of God, and threatened to call the police! No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially for simply asking questions about their own vehicle. Professionalism and respect should be the standard, and unfortunately, I experienced neither. I will never return, and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Stopped here after struggling to find an actual hand wash location. These guys were great and had a fantastic $99 special running the morning I stopped in. They handled interior, exterior, and waxing all within an hour! Seating is outdoors under a canopy, so make sure you come prepared if it's hot outside. The staff is cheerful, friendly, take great care to make sure they understand the vehicle. I would definitely use Soap again! 🏎️💨 Side note: if you own an automated wash with a wheel track, it is NOT a hand wash or touchless wash. Please stop adding that verbiage "for visibility" as it makes finding real detail or touchless washes difficult.

Excellent service and Ryan who is the manager here is the person to know. I have a classic car and I bring it to them every time when it’s time for my vehicle to be booked. These guys are LEGIT! Fairly priced and quick and efficient. Indoor and outdoor seating! I’m always pleased when I come.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while now, and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient—they really take their time to make sure every detail is spotless. My car always looks brand new when they’re done, inside and out. I especially appreciate the consistency in their service. No matter how busy they are, they still deliver high-quality work and treat customers with care. The pricing is fair for the level of service you get, and the wait time is usually reasonable. If you’re looking for a reliable, thorough, and customer-focused car wash, I definitely recommend this place. It’s become my go-to, and I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Solid car wash. I've been coming here for years. It's priced as a premium product but you get a premium wash. They have a whole team that goes to work on your stuff, and I've always been very happy with the wash. Ryan is their intake guy, he'll quote you prices when you arrive and holds true to them. They have a shaded outdoor waiting area with rocking chairs, and an indoor waiting area with water. There's a bathroom too and they keep the whole are clean (fittingly, lol). They also have water available while you wait.
